The HOGA will take place from 16 to 19 January at the trade fair exhibition grounds in Nuremberg and is the outstanding branch event of 2011 for the Southern German hotel and restaurant business. It also serves an important function as the order market and forum of information before the new season begins. In addition, the HOGA is an important barometer of the mood of the branch at the beginning of the year. 

More Exhibitors and Larger Exhibition Area 

With more than 500 exhibitors from at home and abroad, the HOGA has 10% more exhibitors than 2009 and many new companies are participating this year. Also HOGA’s exhibition area has grown and been expanded by new presentations and special events. The great interest of the exhibitors shows that the HOGA is not without reason one of the top groups of the large German branch trade fairs of the hotel and restaurant business. 

The HOGA supplies the specialists of the branch with valuable ideas and inspiration for their jobs or their own companies. In addition, information on the latest trends of the hotel and restaurant business is provided, interesting restaurant concepts are introduced and current topics are brought up which concern the branch. In addition, new events such as the b_free event on the subject of barrier freedom or the lecture series are important contributions. Promotional programs and exciting contests round off the program of the HOGA and ensure a vivid image of the branch. All occupations of the hotel and restaurant business are actively included in Nuremberg in the trade fair events and, like no other restaurant trade fair, the HOGA also offers upcoming members of the branch an important forum.
