We welcomed over 10,000 guests over the course of three days at FOODSpecial 2025. Ten chefs and 30 service staff took care of our guests throughout the event. Those who are usually the hosts themselves get to enjoy the experience of being guests for a change during FOODSpecial. Networking is the main focus of the event—nothing can replace personal contact with manufacturers or interactions between customers. The timing in January is ideal; the industry showcases its new products at the start of the year and sets the trends for the months ahead. One key trend this year is "high convenience," which helps address staffing challenges.

HOGA ranks among the most important information events for small and medium-sized enterprises in the hospitality and hotel sectors. It offers visitors an ideal platform to exchange ideas with industry experts and peers, as well as to discover the latest trends and innovative solutions. Our exhibition stand also attracted a broad audience: in addition to regular regional customers and interested parties, investors from larger hotel operations took the opportunity to learn about our diverse range of offerings right here in Middle Franconia. Our presentation of three modernly furnished hotel rooms, in particular, drew significant interest.

We noticed that a great many visitors from the surrounding area also came on Sunday. For us, Monday was the busiest day. I believe a lot of restaurateurs from Nuremberg came then as well. I find HOGA excellent for staying in touch with partners or forging new connections. Collaborating with dealers to generate business worked out very well. It is very valuable for us to be here and make new contacts. We would gladly return for HOGA 2027.

We had many business clients visit our stand and were able to make valuable contacts. It was our first time at HOGA, and it certainly met all our expectations. We are already planning to exhibit again at the next HOGA in 2027.

We were here two years ago as well—that was a good experience—and we really enjoyed it this year, too. Our booth party yesterday, held jointly with DEHOGA, was a wonderful way to round things off. I think we were successful, too. Sunday was surprisingly good, and overall, we had some excellent conversations. Of course, it was also about maintaining relationships with existing clients, though we did have a few potential new customers visit our booth.

HOGA is a very important trade fair for us. We have been exhibiting here for many years. There was a large turnout of trade visitors this year, and our expectations were certainly met. We would love to return for the next HOGA! The AFAG team—especially the operations and customer service staff—were truly excellent!

HOGA is a wonderful trade fair and indispensable to the region. It is where the "who's who" of the hospitality industry—our friends—come together. The trade fair organizers did a fantastic job, especially with the waste management arrangements each evening—something that cannot be taken for granted at other trade fairs. It is a great place to exhibit. We at Palux are extremely satisfied!
