Depending on stand size, each exhibitor receives two exhibitor passes for the necessary stand personnel for the first 10 m² of space, plus one additional pass free of charge for every further full 10 m² of stand area (up to a maximum of 10 passes).

Entitlement to free exhibitor passes is subject to the exhibitor meeting all payment obligations.

In the event of misuse, the pass will be revoked without compensation.

Exhibitor passes and guest tickets are available in digital format only!

You will find the "Ticket Center" module in the OSC (Online Service Center) starting October 2026.
Use this to order and manage your passes and guest tickets online.

Please note: This means that exhibitor passes and guest tickets will no longer be sent by mail.

• You can book or order all services and options for your stand setup via our Online Service Center.
• You will receive your access details starting October 2026.
• The "Technical Guidelines," "Setup Regulations," and "House Rules" listed there form part of the contract.

• Start of setup: from Wed., 13 January 2027, 7:00 a.m.
• Structural stand assembly: until Sat., 16 January, 4:00 p.m.
• Work on the finished stand: until Sat., 16 January, 6:00 p.m.

Rescheduling the setup date to an earlier time is only possible by written agreement.

• Entry into the loading yards is only possible upon payment of a €100 deposit.
• The deposit will be refunded if you exit the loading yards within the specified time limit.
• On the last day of the trade fair, entry to the exhibition grounds is not possible between 11:30 a.m. and the start of dismantling.

Both exhibitors and visitors use the parking areas along "Große Straße" and the designated multi-storey car parks.

Purchasing a long-term parking pass is recommended for quick on-site vehicle direction. It is valid for the entire duration of the event and can be ordered in advance here:

Vehicles up to the size of a Sprinter van may park on "Große Straße"; trucks must be parked in the designated parking area on “Poststraße”.

"Parking Information" will be available for download here shortly.

• For logistical reasons, car parking spaces in the loading yard are generally not available.
• Designated accessible parking spaces are available at the Nuremberg Exhibition Center for exhibitors with severe mobility impairments.
• Exhibitors with refrigerated containers, trailers, etc. (for storing perishable goods) may purchase a loading yard pass, subject to a fee and available space.

During the trade fair, shuttle buses operate daily within the exhibition grounds, transporting you to and from the on-site parking areas. You can also use these buses to travel conveniently between the East Entrance and the West Entrance/subway station or the Central Entrance. Use of the service is free of charge.

To ensure your participation in the trade fair is a success, you should identify and leverage every opportunity. Various services offered via our OSC (Online Service Center—available online from October 2026) are designed to assist you in this regard.

The operation of loudspeaker systems, music or audiovisual presentations, and AV media of any kind—including for promotional purposes—by the exhibitor requires the organizer's express approval and must be registered well in advance.

Parking caravans or motorhomes at the Nuremberg Exhibition Center is not permitted.
